I have just learned of this ancestor, born in Isle of Ely, Cambridge, England and first found in the records of the Plymouth Colony in 1635. It was written that "He was one of the volunteers in the expedition against the Piquot Indians in June, 1637." Can anyone suggest a source for a reliable description of the Piqout War. Also, what is a good source to confirm the involvement of William Tubbs? Thank you.
