Here's updated information that I was able to gather from family members regarding James and Mary Jane Percival.
James Percival was a Scottish Irish who migrated into the Charleston, NC port. Later he migrated to Pine Level, AL. He worked as an indentured servant on the Wright family farm.
He married Mary Jane Nobels who was a midwife and slave on the Wright family farm.
James Percival died in 1920 at 96 years old and Mary Jane died in 1916 at 74 years old.
They had 9 children of which 3 were born in slavery. I have names of 2 of the children; Alexander and Rose.
I have limited information on Alexander adn Rose. Any additional help would be greatly apppreciated.
