My great great grandmother was Ann Percival of North Crawley. Her grandfather was James Percival who according to the 1841 census lived at Ringtail Farm North Crawley. The farm is still there on the road to Cranfield.

I think that James was born in Wavendon ( a couple of miles away)

My grandmother told me that before coming to Bucks, the Percivals were farmers from the south.
