The city in question is Sharon, VT. I have just completed a check of the records for Norwich and Sharon. I didn't find Ebenezer's death in Norwich but it is recorded in Sharon. Page 102 shows that Ebenezer Parsivil died March 9, 1813. It also shows that Prudence Parsivil, wife of Ebenezer, died on March 15, 1813. This leads me to suspect that the Ebenezer shown in Norwich in 1800 and Sharon in 1810 is the son of Ebenezer of East Haddam, MA. The wife of Ebenezer (the father) is Lucy Knowlton. The AIS shows Ebenezer in Hartland, VT and Norwich, VT in 1792. Maybe the father is in Hartford and the son is in Norwich. The two towns are very close. Sharon is about 15 miles NW of Norwich. ---jim
