I should check in more often - sorry I'm late on responding. For all the names you've mentioned - I have not yet run across them. But - your last name rings all kinds of bells!
Did you have kinfolk from Smithville or Upton Texas?? I don't have my notes with me (at work) but if my memory serves me right I think I'm thinking of Mattie Brown who married a Dr. Brown and they lived in Smithville. Their son - again loose ends - I think his name was Joe Brown and he lived in Wharton, Texas last I heard. Are you any relation to these folks?
Mattie Brown was a Percivalle/Percival - etc. and was a sister to my Mom's Dad - George Perciville who married Susan Rebecca Bellamy. There was another Perciville sister who married Joe Weist, also of Smithville - can't remember her name.
