If you are related to the Concord or Middletown, Delaware County, (sometimes referred to as Chester County in the early years) Pennsylvania, PERMAR FAMILY I now have a copy of the will of Rachel Permar, mother of Henry and Phillip Permar and dating to 1824. If you are related to the OHIO PERMARS this would be the wife of James Permar the 1/2 brother of your John. I will send this will to anyone who wants a copy of it. I cannot fax it or send it online so you will have to email me and send your address.My email is available by clicking on my name. I sent away for it and received a copy from the Maryland State Archives.
