Yes, I do think they are related. The reason for this is the naming pattern (James and Henry being a family name) and their location in Kent Delaware which is relatively right over the border from Caroline County MD. If you don't have any evidence that they came from Britain or France, then I think they are from this family.

Do you know if they were farmers in Delaware?
