Perna family/Napoli.

I am a descendent of the Perna family, also from Naples, also from an area close to Avellino (Tufino, in this instance).

They also were owners of a farm (cherries, I've heard), though whether it was the same one you mention in Lioni, I need to verify.

Members include Aniello & Maria, and children Josephine, Anthony, Angelo, and Maria (US-born).

Like many others here, their surname was made "Perno" in the states, when they arrived in the '20s on Ellis Island.

Related Uncles and Aunts who came from the same area of Italy can also be found in Montreal.

Any relevant information greatly appreciated.
