Wow, that's interesting....another Perna descendent here.

My family came over to NY around the same time (late 20s) from Naples, and also owned a farm. Not sure if it was in Lioni -- they mentioned an area called "Tufino".

Names include Aniello and Maria, and 4 children, Josephine, Anthony, Angelo, and Ann-Marie/Maria (US-born).

However, it is my understanding that they did not sell their share of the farm until much later (70s?)....

Sound familiar?
