My grandmother was Bessie Mae Perrigan. She had sister, Katie, and a brother, Lonnie. My Dad tells me she was born in Atlanta around 1889. My grandmother taught at the Tennessee Industrial School in Nashville which I believe was both an orphanage and a "reform" school. Both Grandma and Aunt Katie died in Nashville. I don't know about Uncle Lonnie.
