Hello Jean:
I noted your search with interest and looked over some of the research information I have, but unfortunately I was unable to locate Addie Permillia Perrigo at this time. I had in my records the information on William S........1880 census, 1910 census, 1920 census, and 1930 census. The 1910 census listed Louida H age 54 as wife with children, Louisa age 17, Isaac age 16, and Martha A. age 14. In the year 1910, Addie would have been about age 27, so it is likely she had already left the home by that time. The 1880 census notes a son...Matthew M. Perrigo age 1 born in Tennessee. This would have been an older brother to Addie P. It is unfortunate the 1890 Federal Census is incomplete and the 1900 Federal Census did not give me any information on this family..

I was interested to note that in Gum, Monore County, Kentucky there was another Perrigo family which may or may not have been relatives to the William S. family.
W.M.L. Perrigo age 23 (born about 1857) in Tennessee, a farmer, father born in Tennessee....mother born in Tennessee. Wife Martha D, age 25 with one child...William E. age 3

It is a bit far fetched, but there was an Addie P. Pharis in Madison Arkansas, and a Mrs Addie Perrigo Seymour who was a member of the D.A.R. and noted in Volume 149, page 135. Sometimes names are changed in recording the information. I have no idea if these, or any one of them is the Addie we are looking for.

Well that is what I have found in my records, and I am sorry I dont have more of a handle on Addie P. Perrigo, but I will keep the name close by and keep looking for clues. In the case I discover something I will be happy to correspond with you about it.

Good luck on your continued research. I do hope you are successful in locating
something. If you know where some of her family was buried.....perhaps you could contact a library nearby for an obituary which might give some indication of her place of residence. You have her death year, so perhaps she died and was buried around Prairie Grove, Arkansas. The courthouse death records and the library obituaries (if you had a specific date) could be helpful as well.

Have a very good day,and feel free to keep in touch.
