Suzie, Our records show Catherine Persse born 1737,Stirling,Scotland.Her father is Richard and mother is Anna Leachman.Catherine and Hercules were married 1758 in Scotland.Came to America from Antrim, Ireland about 1767.
Son James Huey b. 8 May 1754 married Jane Walker 1787.James had a large plantation just south of North Carolina border on Rt 200 in Waxhaw area of North & South Carolina.
