Dear Bonnie,
I have heard of my great grandparents by the name of Petee. My great-grandmother was a widow with the surname of Jeremy. She married a man by the name of Petee, his first name was George, I believe. They lived in Ironville, Ohio, which was part of Toledo. This city no longer exists. I don't have any documentation on this yet. I have just begun my genealogy research. My grandfather was Alfred Stephen Jeremy. There may be a connection.

Sincerely,
Leslie Jeremy Buckens
