David

Presburg is an old name for a city of Bratislava, Slovak Republic.
Possible the State of Presburg in Hungarian would be Pozsony megye.

The thing that got me puzzled is the Gras Shitsen. It sure is not correct German or Hungarian.
PETRAS^ surname does show up in Bratislava's phone book.
