Petrick Family Genealogy Forum

I think we may have a match! Benjamin Petrick witnessed my g-grandfather's Paul Primas naturalization papers in Cook County, IL on Sept 16, 1896. However, Paul Primas lived with his family in Dunn County for several years before moving to Chicago. Petrick was a family name on my g-grandmother's side (Susanna Petrick Strochien) The family originally came from Germany.
I also have notes from family about a Paul Petrick, also from Dunn County, born ca. Oct 8 1887. Is this any relation to your Benjamin? I have a scanned copy of an old Postacard with his picture on it from my great-uncle.
Does the name Vincent Hehli mean anything to you? That was the other witness on the papers Benjamin signed for my g.grandfather.
I have a copy of a newpaper article from a Wisconsin paper that lists Paul Primas and Benjamin Petrick as being named to full citizenship as well as other bits and pieces of Petrick data, collected trying to put the puzzle together. I am happy to share and would love to see what you have.
I have a million other questions, but will wait to hear what else you might have! You can email me directly at caronb@ameritech.net if you would like.
