The lady that I am trying to find was in the Navy. She was stationed in Italy for an unknown amount of time. She worked in the office that all of the personel had to check in/out at. My father noticed that her name tag said Petry. He doesn't think she was married at the time he met her. They started talking about their family lines and decided, from the info that they shared, that they were probably related. I think my dad said that he thought that she might have been in her 30's at the time. A ruff estimate of the time that this conversation might have taken place was 1970-1980?. He has tried but can remeber her name. There is a family story that there were two Petry brothers who came over from Germany together. One stayed east and another went west. I belong to the one that went west. Can you help? Does any of this ring a bell? Please respond.
