I am working my way through "3 Sons of Steffan Petry" tracing its (very many) connexions to the Wehrly family. I wish to establish as many links to the Binkley, Danner & Hauser surnames among the Petry and Wehrly families as I can in an effort to discover the children and descendants of Dietrich Wehrly, especially where his surname crosses the Aker (Acker) surname. For example, John Wehrly married Magdalena Acker in Augusta Co., VA 28 Mar 1796. Many of the Wehrly line married into the Petry family. I figure that almost every page of the 1000 plus in this book does in fact join these families. What I wish to know is even beyond this very rich field, which is mostly focused in Ohio, to the early days in PA, MD & VA.... -Lew Ellingham, magicpool@earthlink.net
