Thanks for your interest in my forthcoming book, which is still in preparation. Although the book is essentially written, I am working to remove hundreds of flags that I had inserted to alert me to places that should be rechecked and confirmed, that needed further documentation, and to citations that needed proper formatting. About ten days ago, there were still 420 flags remaining. As of yesterday, the number was down to 280, so I am making steady progress towards completing the book. Also, I will have to obtain permissions to include extensive quotations or to include images of entire manuscripts in some cases. That process could be rather time-consuming. Then, I will need to figure out how many of the hundreds of illustrations I can include without making the book prohibitively expensive. These include portraits, houses, documents, maps, pedigree charts, etc. Finally, I will need to create an index. I will be happy to send out a pre-publication notice to all interested persons at the appropriate time.
