No it is 176 King Street, right in town. It is right across from the BB&T bank. I am really trying hard to find out some information about the house. It was built by Mrs Pettus in 1910. From what I can understand there was a cook and housekeeper that lived in the little two room cottage on the property, where she raised 5 boys. The fence was brought from the estate and placed there by Mrs Pettus. They are supposed to be early 19th century.
