Work on the index continues, though I had to take time off to organize and attend a high school class reunion and to cope with a case of pleurisy for the past two weeks. I am presently working on the index to chapter 11, which will be the last chapter in volume 1 of my book. This is a very long chapter, but I hope to finish indexing it this month.
