Since my last report, I returned the marked-up pages to proof copy 2 to the publisher. The publisher made the necessary corrections to the pdf that goes to the printer. I expect to receive proof copy 3 this week or the next. Once I approve proof copy 3, which should be perfect this time, I expect to receive shipment of 300 copies of my book within another four weeks. So, I expect to be distributing books to my customers in June. I am thinking of having a book signing event in Richmond for anyone within driving distance of that city. In the meantime, I have been indexing volume 2.
