Unfortunately I don't believe any Peura family that originates from Finland has any connection with vikings or French royal lines. The word "peura" in Finnish means "deer" or "wild reindeer" (in the north). It has nothing to do with the French word "peur", the resemblance is just a coincidence.

The Finnish language is of a whole different language family than French, and the Finnish people is of a whole different lineage than the Scandinavians (Norwegians, Swedes and Danes).
