Dear "Cousin",

I have just discovered that Kasper Dieffenbach and Eve Catherine Pfeil are probably my g-g-g-g-great-grand parents, and being a novice at genealogy research was thrilled to find you through the internet.

As best as I can determine my line runs thusly:

Day Dobbert-Zimmermann, daughter of
Janet Hull Zimmermann, daughter of
Paul Oliver Hull, son of
Col. John Jay Hull, son of
Capt. John Hull, son of
Sgt. Major John Hull, son of
Susanna Margaretha Dieffenbach (born Oct.
1725, Bad Kreuznach, Palz, Germany; married
Peter "The Pioneer" Thomas Hull II),
daugher of
Kasper Dieffenback & EVE CATHERINE PFEIL

I can give you more information on the Hulls if you would be interested. (The name was perhaps Hohl back in Germany) I would love to learn more about the Pfeils and Dieffenbachs and look forward to hearing from you!

Sincerely, your (albeit distant) new cousin, Day Dobbert
