Hello Gary, I have independently arrived at the conclusio n that my GGG was a William Phair of Brooklodge county Cork and his father was Francis. I am very interested in the deeds you speak of and I wonder if I would be able to access them here in Australia. If not I would be happy to pay for the expense of your sending copies to me in Australia.
