I was most interested to note that you have made the link between William P. Phair and Colonel Robert Phair.I have been unable to make a generational connection between Francis,William's father and The descendants of Colonel Robert. My suspicion is that it is through Alexander Herbert Phair second son of the second marriage to Elizabeth Herbert since I discovered that at one stage he quitted his home and business in Cork to establish a paper manufactory in Brooklodge which is where William P. and Francis had their paper mill. Can you help me with this?

Also I was interested to learn that there was a third marriage by Robert. Perhaps this is the connection I have been seeking. Hoping to hear from you soon.
Anne .
