hi!! I have just started looking into the Phair line - the only info I have is William P. Phair, b. Ireland (we think County Cork from family info) - b. abt 1816-1818 - came to Lawrence MA after a stay in England - was an engineer in the paper mills, later an agent for the mills (whatever that means) - he died in Lawrence, MA in 1892.....have not begun search in Ireland - trying to get USA info straight first.... so I don't know if the info you have is relevant - does my info tie in with anything you have?? There were other Phair families in Lawrence at the same time - thought they could be siblings or cousins of my William....death cert gives his parents as William, b. Ire and Elizabeth, b. England
