Hi Paul,
Sorry, I don't have much on PHAIR in Co. Cavan aft. 1830, when my line left Ireland. The only thing that comes close is a John Phair, b. 1847; d. 1918; m. 19 Jan 1868, Isabella BROWNLEE. He lived in Drumliff, in the parish of Castlerra, Cavan. Good luck with your search.
