On the 1830 census for Vanderburg, Indiana is a Jseah Phar. This could be Joseph? In the same county and census there is a Ephraim Phar and a Vicissimus Phar. I kow who Vicissimus is. He is the son of Ephraim 4.2.2 Phair. Vicissimus is shown on the 1820 census for for Vanderburg.
1830 census for Vanderburg, Indiana,
Vicissimus K. males 10-15=1, 20-30=1, 30-40=1, females, 0-5=1, 5-10=1, 10-15=1, 30-40=1,total =7
Ephraim males, 20-30=1, females 15-20=1, total=2
Jseah? males, 15-20=1, 20-30=1, females 15-20=1, 20-30=1, total =4
