Hi Sylvia,
I have found a little more information, Joseph was born 1808 and died in a tiny village called Isycoed in 1892. This place has its own church where I suspect he is buried. His wife Mary died young in 1850. I haven't found her birth date, Joseph then married Sarah who was a lot younger, she being born 1824, and they continued to produce children while living in Isycoed. Joseph was a skilled worker, he was all his life a well paid Wheel rite.
Mel.
