While not a genealogy question, I'm hoping for your help. I am searching for Wallace Robert Philbrook a member of the Class of 1953 of Hampton Academy. I served with him in Vietnam during the time he was the Senior District Advisor to MoCay District, Kien Hoa Province, South Vietnam, in 1968. His was the famous quote that appeared in the Wall Street Journal made to Peter Arnett that "We destroyed the town to save it from the Communists.", or some such. He was a Major at the time. I assume that he completed his military career and I know he did survive his tour in Vietnam. Any information and/or contact information would be greatly appreciated.
