Sally Philbrook - 1776 - 1863 - Maine

My ggGrandmother's name was Submit Horn(e). She married Judah E. Freeman (son of Thomas Freeman and Emma Eldridge). I am searching for her parents. I have seen her listed as the daughter of Paul Horn and Sally Philbrook. Submit was apparently born in Maine - she was married in Pittston, Maine and listed as being from Hallowell, Maine. I have seen listed the following as family members:
Paul Horn(e) m. Sally Philbrook (daughter of David Philbrook and Catherine McCausland). Listed as their possible children are Catherine; Julia; Submit; William; Daniel; and Mary F.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thomas and Submit (Horn(e)) Freeman moved to Indiana in 1838 and remained there the rest of their lives.
