I'm also attempting to trace my lineage to Isaac Toleman Philbrook.
My mother believes that Isaac is her great-grandfather, and that Isaac's son David is her grandfather. What she knows of Isaac is that he died around 1915 and was married to Harriet Maxwell. She also knows that David had siblings Isaac Jr., Ernest (my grandfather's namesake), Arthur, Henry and Lillian. This is a partial match with the results of your database, although David is missing as a child of Isaac and Harriet.
Of David, we know that he had many, many children (my mother knew seven, but my grandfather said he was the youngest of 27).He married Ellen Howard, adopted daughter of Albert Howard and Mary Hanscomb (Ellen was reportedly a Blackfoot Indian) on Oct. 28, 1884.David died in 1914, two years after the birth of my grandfather, Ernest, and is buried in Lanesville, Mass.My grandfather Ernest spent his life in Rockport, Mass.
Hoping for any and all help (I am fairly new to *real* genealogy).
Best,
Ken
