I'm pretty sure I can help you out. I'm very sure we are cousins. The Hortons married into the Philhower family in Buda Illinois through Andrew Horton who married Gertrude Philhower daughter of Michael Philhower and Mabel (Carper) Philhower. I will get you more information shortly.
