Edward William Philhower

Honolulu - A service was held for Edward William Philhower, 73, of Waianae, a former New Jersey resident, who died here in Queen's Medical Center.

Mr. Philhower served in the Navy during the Korean War.

Born in Summit, N.J., he lived in Chatham Township, N.J., before moving to Hawaii seven years ago.

Surviving are a son, Glenn; daughters, Pam Hartrum and LuAnn Wanchisen; a sister, June Wilson; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
