Hey Ashley,
My name is Brian Philhower (16), son of Charles (Chuck) Philhower, grandson of Charles (Skip) Philhower. My grandpa (recently died) was into a lot of history and had lots of Philhower documents. I will have to see if I could get a hold of them again. What I remember is In the late 1600's, the Wulhauer family moved to America from Germany. Their last name was Anglified and changed to Philhower. He had about 16 children and something ridiculous like 166 grandchildren. Supposedely thats where some or all of the Philhowers in America came from. I will have to get back to you if I can get a hold of the papers again.
