Hi,

My grandfather, Cecil Philibert, settled and died in New Orleans. He passed away in about 1954. He was born in Iowa, but moved to New Orleans to be near an Uncle, Edward I believe. My Aunt still lives in New Orleans. Perhaps she could be of some help.
