My name's Melissa. My mother is daughter to Barbara Phillipi from Mountain City. Her parents were Maude and Carle Phillipi. Maude was the first person in tennesee to have a quadruple bipass! If I'm not mistaken, I think Carle passed away recently from a bad infection, but they're both almost 90.
