Someone that may be able to help you is the Church of Latter Day Saints Library (Morman) in the Netherlands. I checked their website and they have about 12 locations in the Netherlands. Their libraries have microfilm of primary records all over the world. They usually have volunteer librarians who can help you with your research. Over the years, I have received research assistance from the local LDS library from time to time. Their libraries are open to everyone, not just LDS members.
