Paul-I do suspect that Lula Phillips is connected to my Phillips line, just can't twell you which one of the many Phillips families in that area that she belongs to.Her date of death was Jan. 15, 1963 in Florence, Lauderdale co., AL and there is probably a funeral home wherea record would show who her parents were.Simarly, the Floerence Library has archives of old newspapers where an obituary would do it. I can tell you that both she and A.J., Harbin were born in Winston Co., AL.His father was Anderson Harbin & his mother was Sally Ward. Both father & mother are buried next to Andrew & Lula in the Wesley Chapel Cemetery (Methodist) in Lauderdale Co.Also next to them is some Phillips conected to my line; (see below)
HARBIN, Lula J.1JL188015JA19632-04 w of Andrew
HARBIN, Andrew J.27FE187810JA19552-04 h of Lula

Can't say for sure that this means anything but suspect it does.there are a great many of my Phillips line buried in that cemetery and the Pisgah Mehtodist Cemetery in Florence.
Andrew & Lula were married in wayne co. 26 Aug., 1896.
The 1900 census list her dob as Jul 1881 but the cemetery lists her as Jul 1880.Don't know which is correct.
