I noticed a big discrepancy in the family record printed in the Coweta County Chronicles - it says William D. Phillips married Mary Spratlin August 26, 1796, but then it says Mary was not born until 1807. So I decided to take another look at the chronicles which are published online through Ancestry.com. This is exactly what is printed under the Phillips Family Record for William D. Phillips.

However, in the section above William D. Phillips, there is an article entitled CAMP-PHILLIPS FAMILY. This article is about Hiram Warner Camp. In this article, it states William D. Phillips was born January 20, 1763 and that his wife Mary Spratlin was born April 28, 1776. So it looks like we have some conflicting info from the Coweta County Chronicles.
