My problem is that I don't have much information at all.
My great grandmother was Nancy Virginia PHILLIPS who married Solomon Lipscomb in Preston Co in 1873. They resided in Rowlesburg, Preston Co, WV. She died in 1921 and is buried in Riverview Cemetery, Rowlesburg, WV. Their marriage record says she was 23 which would make her birth year 1850 but her tombstone says she was born 1853.
I have been going in circles for so many years that now I'm in doubt that Nancy's parent were even Robert and Eunice Melissa Valentine Phillips.
