There was a Reuben Phillips, born about 1773, in Richmond, New Hampshire to Israel Phillips and Amity Harris. Family moved to Saratoga, New York. Some of the children resided near Ticonderoga. I do not have any details, but if you have a living Phillips male who will agree to have a Y-DNA test done, this may match Group 11 of the Phillips DNA Project. I would recommend testing by Family Tree DNA as they share and match results with our project. Just a suggestion.
