Belinda Allender you are very clever woman. You mentioned earlier that a Green married a Philpot. You said that there exist records of whites marrying negroes and mullatoes. It is very interesting to me because my great grandmother was Winnie Philpot from GA...she traveled through Texas..not sure why she traveled...possibly married there, but she had about 13 children... i have a list of the children's names.
