My grandfather was born Alexander Fimister in Wick Scotland i 1886. He moved to Jarrow where the name became Phimister. He had 1 son Alexander Phimister Jnr born 1914. Iwas born 1946. I understand some relatives went from Scotland to Canada to run a tree felling business on the St. Lawrence river. My father and grandfather came to London for work. I now have 4 grown children and 12 grandchildren so the name lives on
