is'nt this internet great, here i am thinking my family are the only phimister's in the world and 2 clicks later i'm up to my neck in phimister's,i'm david phimister born 1951 in leeds now living in otley,west yorkshire,i don't know much of my family history but would to know more if anyone can help,my great grandfather william settled in bessecar yorks probably 3rd quarter 19th century, he came from elgin,scotland where he was a mill worker, he may have lived on orkney earlier, in bessecar he had 4 children ethel,olive,william & andrew my grandfather,my father dennis the youngest of 3 children was born in leeds has moved back north and now lives near tain,rosshire,that's it,not much i know, anyway it's been nice meeting all the other phimi,fingy,philli, how do you spell it?
