Just a possible minor discrepancy there, Jack. The George Phimister married to Marjory Gunn was born in about 1792 or 1793, not 1814. He is listed as 58 years old in the 1851 census, where your grandfather is shown as 5 years old. The George born in 1814 married Barbara Campbell, in Findochty.
