Connie, I'm afraid I don't know much about this part of my tree. No one seemed to know the parents of my ancestor Lurana Phipps(Cobb). I spent hours searching records and census. Was able to determine her parentage by finding her living next to James, his 2nd wife and her grown children. And following James from Va. to Tenn. to Ky. James first wife was Juda Hill (Lurana's mom). I can't find anything on her. When I get back to working on this family, I will let you know what I find. Sincerely Jill
