Phipps Family of Oregon/Washington territory - decendants of Sarah(Boone)Phipps

I am trying to find anyone connected with the Phipps family who are descendants of William Phipps & Sarah Griffin Boone Phipps who came out from Missouri in about 1852-1854 and settled first in Oregon. I am a descendant of Sarahs sister Cassandra Boone Whiteley, but I am trying to find out what happened to their mother Sarah Groom Boone Smith. I know that their mother died in 1855, but the question is did she come out west with the girls, or die in Missouri? A Phipps descendant once told me they saw her grave in WA or OR, yet her Smith husband and 3 Smith boys didn't end up out west.
Does anyone know about this family?
Sarah Boone Phipps had these children I believe: John(1851), Ellis Stub(1854), Eliza(1855),Mary(1858), Anna(1859), Cathandria(1868), & Willimina(1873). I believe John had a Clarence Adrian Phipps(1897)Beyond that I don't know any thing about the Phipps family.
Does anyone know? Where did they live? Anyone know about Sarah Boone Phipps's mothers final resting place???
Thanks, Sue
