Hi, My name is Frank fisher. My grand-father was Adolphus Pichette. he changed the named in 1900 to Fisher. He waas born in Manchester New hampshire in 1874. His parents were Perrie and Clemance Pichette. They came from the Isle of Orleans in 1847. or there abouts. You can find the story of Jean Pichet who came to new France about 1650. I am decended from him and there are about 30,000 in both the USA and Canada descended from this Jean Pichet. You may want to start with him and see if you can make a connection. I found all my info at the American/Canadain Library in Manchester New Hampshire.
