Israel Pickens -Lawrence Co AL plus Ann Pickens Dowdle -Pendleton District

Have these been proven to be siblings? I'm curious for a couple of reasons:

Israel Pickens was named as an appraiser for the Estate of John Robinson in Lawrence County, AL in 1825.

I believe John Robinson migrated from Abbeville District, SC to Lawrence County, AL and was probably the son of Matthew Robinson. Robinson also found as Roberson, Robertson, Robison etc.

Ann Pickens Dowdle was apparently married to James Dowdle, son of Robert Dowdle. Robert Dowdle's estate records from 1819 Pendleton District indicate a payment to Mathew Roberson "for Robert and Joseph Dowdle, sons of James and Ann Pickens Dowdle" to payment to Israel Pickens, guardian of "James Dowdle minor" who was the youngest son of James and Ann Pickens Dowdle."

What is the connection of this Rob*son family to this Pickens family? Matthew Robinson was born c 1750 in Augusta County, VA and moved to Abbeville District, SC (Long Cane, just below Ancient Boundary line which became boundary line with Pendleton District) about 1765, fought in the Rev. War there, and moved to Lawrence County, AL about 1823 then to Marion County (now Lamar), AL about 1829.

Were James and Ann Pickens Dowdle dec'd in 1819?
